       2 tb Butter or margarine
     1/2 c  Onion; minced
   1 1/4 c  All purpose flour
       2 ts Baking powder
     3/4 ts Salt
       1    Egg; lightly beaten
     1/4 c  Oil
     1/2 c  Milk
     1/2 c  Cottage cheese
     1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; grated
       1 tb Poppy seeds
   Melt butter in skillet. Add onion. Saute until tender.
   Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Blend
   egg, oil and milk. Stir into flour mixture, blending
   lightly. Stir in cottage cheese and sauteed onions.
   Turn into buttered 9 round cake pan. Sprinkle with
   cheddar cheese and poppy seeds. Bake at 425~ for 25
   minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot, cut in
