                                Almond Bread

    6                    Eggs
    3      Cups          Flour
    1      Cup           Oil
    1      Tbsp          Almond Extract
    1      Tsp           Salt
    3      Cups          Sugar
    1      Cup           Milk
    1      Tbsp          Baking Powder
    1      Tsp           vanilla
 
 Beat the eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients, mixing well.  Grease 
 two loaf pans and heavily coat with granulated sugar.  Bake at 350
 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
 
 Yield: 2 loaves
