       Title: Cracked-Wheat Bread

     3/4 c  ;water
     1/3 c  Cracked wheat
     3/4 c  Milk (Welbilt/Dak add 2 tsp)
   2 1/4 c  Bread flour
     3/4 c  Whole wheat flour
   1 1/2 ts Salt
       2 tb Butter or margarine
   1 1/2 tb Honey
   1 1/2 tb Molasses
       2 ts Red Star brand dry yeast;
            -1-1/2 lb Panasonic/National
            -use 3 tsp. yeast
  
     In a small saucepan, heat the water to boiling; add cracked wheat.
   Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 6 minutes until all the
   water is absorbed; stir occasionally with a wooden spoon; remove pan
   from heat; allow cracked wheat to cool to room temperature.
     Place all ingredients including cooled cracked wheat in bread pan
   and press start.
     After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake
   rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. CRUST: Regular (Some
   machines may require you to chose Bread color: regular or Adjust
   temperature sensor to medium)  MENU SELECTION : Bake (Some machines
   may require you to select Menu: bread or Select: White Bread.
