                                Dilly Bread

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      tablespoons   chopped green onions
    1      tablespoon    butter
    1      cup           cottage cheese
      1/4  cup           warm water
    1      package       yeast
    2      tablespoons   sugar
    2      teaspoons     dill seeds
    1      teaspoon      salt
      1/4  teaspoon      baking soda
    1                    egg
    2 1/2  cups          flour
 
 Saute onion in butter.
 Stir in cottage and remove from heat.
 
 Stir yeast into warm water. 
 Combine rest of ingredients and add yeast mixture. 
 Stir in onion, butter, and cottage cheese.
 
 Let rise in bowl till doubled.
 Stir down and transfer to a loaf pan.
 Let rise again.
 Bake at 350F for 34-50 min.
