PORT & BLUE CHEESE BREAD
 
     1 lb. loaf                                         1.5 lb. loaf
 
       2/3 cup         water                                1 cup
         2 cups        white Bread Flour                    3 cups
         1 TBS         sugar                                2 TBS
         1 tsp         salt                               1.5 tsp
         2 tsp         Butter                               1 TBS
         2 TBS         Port Ruby Red Wine                 1/4 cup
       1/4 cup         Blue Cheese, crumbled              1/3 cup
       1/4 cup         walnuts, coarse chopped            1/3 cup
     2 1/2 TBS         applesauce                         1/4 cup
       3/4 tsp         yeast--RAPID rise                    1 tsp
                       --OR--
     1 1/2 tsp         yeast--active dry                    2 tsp
 Load machine according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
