Grandma Drumm’s Cranberry Orange Bread
 
 2 cups sifted flour
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 1 cup sugar
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 cup butter
 1 egg, beaten
 3/4 cups orange juice
 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
 1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries
 
 Preheat oven to 350F (bread) or 400F (muffins).
 
 Sift together dry ingredients.
 Cut in butter.
 Add wet ingredients and stir until just moist.
 
 Fold in cranberries.
 
 For bread:
  Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
 
 For muffins:
  Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes depending on muffin size.
