       Yield: 6 servings
     1/2 c  Butter or butter substitute
   1 1/2 c  Flour
       2 ts Baking powder
     1/2 c  Cottage cheese
     1/2 c  Sugar
     1/2 ts Salt
   Cream butter and cheese until thoroughly blended.
   Sift flour, measure, and sift with sugar, baking
   powder, and salt.  Add gradually to first mixture.
   Form into a loaf.  Chill overnight. Slice thin. Place
   on slightly oiled baking sheet.  Bake in moderate oven
   (400 F) 10 minutes, or until delicate brown. 40
