                             Seven Layer Cookie

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

      1/2  stick         butter
    1      cup           Graham cracker crumbs
    7      ounces        canned Flaked coconut
    1      6 oz package  Chocolate chips
    1      6 oz pack     Butterscotch chips
    1      can           Sweetened condensed milk
    1      cup           chopped pecans
 
 Melt butter in a 9x12 baking pan. Add ingredients by layers, in order listed.  
 Bake in 325¡ F. oven about 30 minutes. With a spatula press down on nuts. Let co
 ol in pan, then cut into squares.  When ready to serve reheat each cookie in mi
 crowave, then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chopped pecans mixed with 
 caramel sauce, whipped cream and chocolate syrup. This is a killer dessert!  It
  is soooo good!
