       Title: Mocha Truffle Cookies

     1/2 c  Butter or margarine
     1/2 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
       1 tb Instant coffee crystals
     3/4 c  Sugar
     3/4 c  Brown sugar, packed
       2    Eggs
       2 ts Vanilla extract
       2 c  All-purpose flour
     1/3 c  Unsweetened cocoa powder
     1/2 ts Baking powder
     1/4 ts Salt
       1 c  Semisweet chocolate chips

        Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease two cookie sheets. In a
   large saucepan, melt the butter and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over low
   heat.  Remove from heat. Stir in the coffee crystals; cool for 5 minutes.
   Stir in the sugars, eggs and vanilla; set aside.  In a medium mixing bowl,
   combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir into the coffee
   mixture.  Stir in the remaining chocolate chips. Drop the dough by
   teaspoonful onto the prepared pans and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for 1
