       Title: Schnecken

       Yield: 48 servings
  
       1 c  Flour
     1/4 lb Margarine
       4 oz Cream cheese
       1 tb Sugar
            Strawberry preserves
            Cinnamon & sugar mix
            Chopped walnuts
            Raisins
  
       1) - Place first four ingredients in food processor; process into
   dough. Divide into 4 balls.  Refrigerate overnight.
       2) - On a floured surface, roll one ball of dough at a time into a 10 -
   12 inch circle, 1/8 inch thick.  Cut into
        12    pie sections.
       3) - Have ready in separate containers, the preserves, cinnamon &
   sugar, nuts and raisins.
       4) - Spread preserves onto the pie sections.  Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar
   and nuts and raisins nuts onto the outer edges. Roll each section from
   circle edge to the point. Dip into cinnamon & sugar mixture.
       5) - Place close together on a lightly greased cookie sheet; touching.
   Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
       6) - Flip with spatula onto waxed paper.  Let cool.* Before serving,
   sprinkle with powdered sugar. *Can be frozen at this point.
