       Title: Sweet Pistachio Twists

       Yield: 24 servings
  
     1/2 c  Pistachios; finely chopped
       2 tb Honey
     1/2 ts Lemon juice
     1/4 ts Cinnamon
       1 pn Ground cloves
       2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
     1/2 pk Frozen puff pastry sheets
            Thawed (17 oz pk)
  
      Combine pistachios, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Unfold puff
   pastry; roll 1/8-inch thick into a 12 square. Cut pastry in half; brush
   with melted butter. Spread pistachio filling over 1/2 of each pastry
   length- wise; fold unspread half of pastry over filling, press down. Using
   sharp knife, cut into 3 x 3-3/4 strips. Twist strips; place on baking
   sheet. Bake at 350~ for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. (Tops can
   be glazed or sprinkled with powdered sugar.) Makes approximately 24 twists.
