     1/3 c  Non fat dry milk
       1 tb Peanut butter
       2 tb Raisins
       1 tb Sweetner
       3 tb Water
     3/4 c  Quick oats
     1/4 ts Cinnamon
     1/4 ts Vanilla
  
     Combine all ingredients and form 1 large cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for
   10 - 12  minutes. EXCHANGE INFORMATION: Each Big Cookie contains 1 bread, 1
