                             BROWN  BAG  APPLE  PIE #2

        6                apples -- pared, cored and sliced
        2  tbsp.         flour
        1  tsp.          cinnamon
        1  stick         margarine
        1  c.            sugar
      1/2  c.            flour
 
   Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.  Add this
  mixture to apples and mix well.  Place in unbaked crust.  Cut the
  margarine into sugar and flour until very crumbly, spread over
  apples in pie crust.  Add raisins and nuts if desired.  Place into
  heavy brown paper bag.  Seal with paper clips.  Bake 1 hour at 425
  degrees.  Remove from bag at once and sit on rack to cool
