       Title: A Basic Pumpkin Pie

       Yield: 1 servings
       2 lg Eggs; slightly beaten
       1 lb Cooked pumpkin
     3/4 c  Sugar
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 ts Ground cinnamon
   1 1/8 ts Ground ginger
     1/4 ts Ground cloves
     1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
   1 1/2 c  Evaporated milk
       1    Frozen deep dish
            Pie crust; 9-inch size
     Preheat oven to 425 and preheat a cookie sheet at the same time. Place
   the crust on the preheated cookie sheet and pour the pie filling into the
   crust. Put in oven and bake 15 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 350
   and bake an additional 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center
   comes out clean. Cool completely.
