       Title: Little Pecan Tarts

       Yield: 48 servings
  
            Crusts:
       6 oz Cream cheese
     1/2 lb Butter
       2 c  Flour
            Filling:
   1 3/4 c  Light brown sugar
       1 pn Salt
       2 tb Melted butter
       1 ts Vanilla
       2    Eggs
       7 oz Pecans; chopped
  
      Cream together the cream cheese and butter; add flour. Make 48 balls.
   Put in small cupcake pans or mini tart pans and shape for tarts, pressing
   dough over bottom and up the sides. Beat eggs slightly with a fork, then
   add sugar, melted butter, vanilla and pinch of salt. Add nuts. Put about
   3/4 tsp of filling ( maybe a little more) into each tart. Bake at 350^F for
   30 minutes. Remove and cool.
