                            Raisin Bran Muffins

    1      15 oz box     Raisin Bran
    3      cups          sugar
    5      cups          flour, all-purpose
    5      teaspoons     baking soda
    2      teaspoons     salt
    1      cup           vegetable oil
    4                    eggs -- beaten
    1      quart         buttermi
 
 Mix first 5 ingredients; add oil, eggs and buttermilk.  Store in closed
 container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.  Bake @ 425 degrees for 18
 minutes

 NOTES : Makes 48 muffins, using small ice cream scoop to fill muffin
 cups.   May also use other fruit/bran cereals to prepare this mix.
