                         Honey Maid Graham Muffins

   44      squares       HONEY MAID Honey Grahams -- finely rolled
                         (about 3 cups crumbs)
      1/4  cup           sugar
    2      teaspoons     baking powder
    1      cup           skim milk
    1                    egg -- slightly beaten
    2      tablespoons   honey
                         Powdered sugar glaze -- optional
 
 1. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
 
 2. Stir in milk, egg and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter into 9
 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
 
 3. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
 comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm with
 powdered sugar glaze if desired.
 
 Makes 9 muffins
