    2      teaspoons     sugar
    1      teaspoon      salt
      1/4  teaspoon      baking soda
    3      cups          bread flour
    3      tablespoons   nonfat dry milk
    2      teaspoons     yeast
 
 Add ingredients to bread machine in order Ñ liquid ingredients first, then 
 dry ingredients, then yeast.

 NOTES : “This is a really good, easy way to get that English Muffin taste and

 order to have the proper texture, there will be a sunken top to this bread.”
