       Title: CHEEESE FILLING FOR NUT & POPPY SEED ROLLS

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 lb Cottage cheese (scant lb.)
       3    Egg yolks
     1/2 c  Sugar
            Lemon flavoring
  
   Put cheese thru sieve and add rest of ingredients and
   blend well. Prepare dough for Nut & Poppyseed Rolls
   (#164).  Cut dough into squares and press into bottoms
   of cupcake tins.  Fill each cake with a little cheese
   and fold over corners of dough toward the center of
   the cake  Bake at 350 F. until brown.
