                      Magic Marshmallow Crescent Puffs

      1/4  cup           sugar
    1      teaspoon      cinnamon
    2      cans          Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
   16      large         marshmallows
      1/4  cup           butter -- melted
      1/4  cup           nuts -- chopped
                         Glaze
      1/2  cup           powdered sugar
           2 or 3 tsp.   milk
      1/2  teaspoon      vanilla
 
 Combine sugar and cinnamon.  Dip marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in
 cinnamon mixture.  Save butter.  (This part can be done the night before.
  Store in airtight container in refrigerator.  Save butter in separate
 container.)  Preheat oven to 375.   Remelt saved butter.  Open crescent rolls
 and separate into triangles.  Place a sugared marshmallow on narrow tip end
 of dough.  Sprinkle nuts on dough.  Fold corners in and roll up.  Dip one
 side in melted butter and place butter side down in a muffin tin.  Bake 10 to
 15 minutes.
 
 Glaze:  For mornings when you have more time, combine glaze ingredients and
 drizzle over warm rolls.  (I had these without the glaze and they were
 absolutely delicious.  I never guessed that they were made from Pillsbury
 crescent roll dough.  Tasted like from scratch!)
