                           90 Minute Dinner Rolls

    2      cups          unsifted flour
    2      Tablespoons   sugar
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    1      package       dry yeast
      1/2  cup           milk
      1/4  cup           water
    2      Tablespoons   oleo
    1      each          egg
    1      teaspoon      vanilla
 
 Mix 3/4 c. flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast.  Heat milk, water, and ol
 eo until warm (120-130F).  Gradually add to dry ingredients.  Beat 2 minutes at
  medium speed.  Add 1/4 c. flour.  Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.  Stir in e
 nough additional flour to make a soft smooth dough.  Knead until smooth.  Divid
 e dough into 12 equal pieces.  Shape into balls and arrange in a greased 8 rou
 nd pan.  Cover rolls.  Place in  a draft free warm place.  Let rise uo double i
 n bulk.  Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
