Raspberry Scones
 
 4 cups flour
 2 tablespoons baking powder
 1/4 cup sugar
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 cup water
 2 cups raspberries
 3/4 cup shortening
 
 Preheat oven to 400º
 Mix dry ingredients
 Stir in raspberries
 add water
 roll dough on a floured surface until it is 1/2 in thick
 cut into triangles
 Bake 10 min
 
 Makes 36 servings
