                             Strawberry Dessert

    1      cup           graham cracker crumbs
    1      cube          butter -- melted
    1      cup           sugar
    1      pint          sour cream
    2      small pkgs.   strawberry Jello
    2      packages      frozen strawberries -- thawed and crushed
    1      cup           nuts -- chopped
    3                    eggs
    1      ounce         Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1 1/2  cups          boiling water
 
 Mix crumbs, nuts and melted butter.  Press on bottom of spring form pan with
 removable bottom.  Beat eggs; add sugar and cream cheese.  Beat well.  Pour
 over crumb mixture.  Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.  Pour sour cream over
 above mixture and return to oven.  Bake until sour cream sets.  (Shake pan to
 test.)  Remove from oven and let cool.
 
 Mix strawberries into Jello and water mixture that has thickened.  Pour over
 cake and chill 24 hours before removing pan (bottom) to slice.
 
 Note:  This recipe is equally good with black cherry Jello and canned Bing
 cherries, pitted.
