                          Orange Cream Mascarpone

    4                    egg yolk
      1/2  cup           sugar
    8      ounces        mascarpone cheese
    4      tablespoons   Grand Marnier
    1      whole         orange -- peeled and sliced
 
 Beat together yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Add the cheese and beat unt
 il completely mixed in. Add two tablespoons liqueur and heat again. Refrigerate
  two or three hours. Toss orange slices in remaining liqueur and set aside unti
 l read to serve.
 
 Spoon mascarpone into stemmed dessert goblets. Top with orange slices.

 NOTES : Mascarpone, a double-cream cheese could be described as similar to a bu
