                               Rhubarb Crisp

    4 1/2  c.            rhubarb -- diced
    4      T.            butter or margarine
      1/2  c.            white sugar
      1/3  c.            brown sugar
      1/4  t.            cinnamon
      1/3  c.            flour
    2      T.            water
      3/4  c.            rolled oats
      1/4  t.            ginger
 
 Place rhubarb in greased dish.  Sprinkle with sugar, spices and water.
 Cream butter, gradually add sugar.  Blend in flour and oats.  Spread over
 rhubarb.  Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
