                        Chocolate Covered Cherries 2

    1      bottle        cocktail cherries with stems
    1      cup           peanut butter
    2      tablespoons   butter
    1      cup           confectioner’s sugar
    1      cup           pecans -- chopped
    4      ounces        semisweet chocolate
      1/8                paraffin wax -- ¥
 
 Drain cherries well.  Mix together peanut butter, butter, icing sugar, and
 pecans.  Take approximately 1 ts of peanut butter mixture and shape it around
 the cherry.  Place on wax
 paper and chill until firm. Melt chocolate and parowax over low heat.  Dip
 cherries in by the stems and coat in chocolate.  Chill until chocolate has set
 and store in refridgerator or freezer.
