      16 oz Peanuts; plain
     3/4 c  Sugar
       1 ts Salt
   2 1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1/2 ts Nutmeg
       1    Egg; white beat until foamy
       1 ts Water
  
   MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. BEAT EGG WHITE AND ADD WATER. ADD NUTS TO EGG AND
   WATER MIXTURE. AND TOSS NUTS IN DRY MIXTURE UNTIL COATED. SPREAD NUTS IN
   SINGLE LAYER ON COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 325 FOR 20 MIN. COOL AND SEPARATE
   WHILE WARM. STORE IN ORIGINAL JAR.
