       Title: KRAKOW-JAX
  Categories: Candies
       Yield: 4 Servings

       3 qt Freshly popped popcorn
       1 c Peanuts (or more, dry-roast)
     1/2 c Margarine
       1 c Dark brown sugar
     1/4 c Honey
       1 ts Vanilla

Put popped popcorn in a greased 13x9 inch pan, preferably Teflon. Scatter
peanuts on top. Bring margarine, brown sugar, and honey in a small
saucepan. Bring to a low boil and bubble gently for 5 minutes without
stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir slightly. Drizzle/pour
over popcorn & peanuts. Toss. Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour,
tossing every 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, toss again, then chill (best
if done in the snow outside, when available!) for 30 minutes.
