       Title: LOW SUGAR BUTTERSCOTCH YUMMIES

       Yield: 42 Servings
  
       1    12 oz. pkg. butterscotch
            -morsels
   1 1/2 c  Cut up dates
     3/4 c  Chunky peanut butter
       1 c  Shredded coconut
       1 c  Chopped walnuts
  
   Over low heat, melt butterscotch morsels, then mix in peanut butter and
   melt. Mix in other ingredients thoroughly then remove from heat. Quickly
   drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly buttered cookie sheet. Reheat mixture if it
   sets before finished spooning. Put in refrigerator to harden for 3-4 hours.
   Makes 3-1/2 doz.
