       Title: MAPLE FLUFFS

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       1 c  Maple syrup
     1/2 c  Brown sugar
     1/2 c  Water
     1/2 ts Cream of tartar
       6    Marshmallows
       1    Egg white
  
   Boil first 4 ingred. in saucepan til a few drops become brittle in cold
   water. Then add marshmallows, in pieces. Let stand 5 min. When melted, pour
   over stiffly beaten white of egg. Beat up until light, and when it begins
   to harden, drop from teaspoon on oiled or greased paper. Place a half
   cherry or nut in center of each piece. Set aside to cool.
