       Title: MINTS

       Yield: 70 Roses
  
       3 oz Cream cheese
   2 1/2 c  Powdered sugar
            Flavoring
            Food coloring
            Granulated sugar
  
   Mix flavoring and food coloring to cream cheese with mixer. Add 1/2 cup
   powdered sugar at a time in mixer. Dip in granulated sugar before putting
   in mold.  Store in tight container in cool place. Let set at least one
   night.
   
   Note: May knead before dipping in sugar.
