                         Quick Peanut Butter Balls

    3      Cups          Graja, Cracker Crumbs
      1/2  Cup           Dried Currants or Raisins
      1/3  Cup           Peanut Butter
    2      Tablespoons   Applesauce
    2      Tablespoons   Graham Cracker Crumbs
 
 In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except 2 T. graham cracker
 crumbs; mix well.  Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in 2 T.
 crumbs.  Store in refrigerator.  22 cookies.
 Dietary Exchanges:  1/2 Starch for 1 cookie
