       Title: Fig Butterscotch Drops
  Categories: Candies, Fruits
       Yield: 1 batch
  
       2 tb Butter
       1 c  Brown sugar
     1/2 c  Ground California dried figs
     1/2 c  Ground nut meats
     1/2 ts Vanilla
  
   Melt butter in heavy frying pan.  Stir in brown sugar and cook until sugar
   is dissolved.  Blend well.  Add ground figs and nut meats and remove from
   fire.  Add flavoring and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
