       Title: CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER TRUFFLES

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 c  Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
     3/4 c  Butter
     1/2 c  Hershey’s Cocoa
      14 oz Can Eagle Brand Sweetened
            Condensed Milk
       1 tb Vanilla
            Finely Chopped Nuts --
            Or--
            Unsweetened Chocolate --
            Or--
            Graham Cracker Crumbs --
            Or--
            Confectioner’s Sugar
  
   In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with
   butter.  Stir in cocoa until smooth. Add sweetened
   condensed milk & vanilla; cook & stir until thickened
   & well blended, about 4 minutes.  Remove from heat.
   Chill 2 hrs. or  until firm enough to handle.  Shape
   into 1 inch balls. Roll in any of the above coatings.
   Chill until firm; about 1 hour.  Store covered in frig.
   
   (This makes about 3 dozen)
   
   I put them in those cute little holiday paper candy
   holder-things.
