                           GRAND MARNIER TRUFFLES

                         Ganache
    9      ounces        dark sweet chocolate
    1      cup           heavy cream
    2      tablespoons   sweet butter
    1 1/2  tablespoons   Grand Marnier
                         Dipping
   16      ounces        white chocolate
      1/4  cup           vegetable oil
                         Garnish
                         candied orange peel
 
 Melt chocolate, cream and butter together.  When cool, add Grand Marnier
 before refrigerating.  Top dipped truffle with candied orange peel.
