                          Fudgy Fructose Frosting

      1/2  cup           Fructose
      1/3  cup           Skim milk
    1      Square        unsweetened chocolate
    3      teaspoons     Cornstarch
    1      tablespoon    Margarine
      1/2  teaspoon      Vanilla
 
 Mix fructose, milk and cornstarch together in a small saucepan until starch is 
 dissolved.  Add chocolate that has been broken into small pieces and cook over 
 medium heat until chocolate melts and mixturr thickens and bubbles.  Remove fro
 m heat.  Add vanilla and margarine.  Stir until creamy.  Spread over cake.  Cov
 ers one 8 or 9 round or square layer cake or 10 cupcakes.  1 serving = 65 cal
