                          Chocolate Fudge Frosting

    8      ounces        unsweetened chocoalte
    2      sticks        unsalted butter
    2      pounds        powdered sugar
    1      cup           whipping cream
    4      tsp           vanilla
 
  Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler; cool to room
  temperature.
 
  Mix the powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla until
  well blended.  Stir in the melted chocolate.
 
  If necessary, let the frosting sit until thick enough to
  spread with a knife (should only need to let it set if
  your chocolate was still warm).
 
  This frosting is very rich and tastes like fudge!  Enjoy.
