                               Fudge Frosting

    2      cups          powdered sugar
    3      tablespoons   dutched cocoa powder
    3      tablespoons   butter
    3      tablespoons   cream cheese
      1/4  teaspoon      vanilla
      1/2  cup           boiling water
 
  Mix the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder. Melt the butter and cream
  cheese together. Add this gooey, melty mixture to the powder and
  immediately bet it with a hand mixer until the mixture forms little round
  balls. Add the vanilla. Little by little, add the water and mix on high
  speed until the mixture thins out enough to POUR and becomes smooth.
  Pour/spread over your desired object of frostedness and let it chill for
  a few minutes.
 
  My favorite modifications to this recipie are:
 
  * Replace the Boiling water with hot fruit syrup, such as the pour-off from
  home-canned peaches or thinned-out raspberry freezer-jam.
 
  * Add 1 TBS of Bicardi White Rum to the smooth mixture before applying.
 
  * You can omit the cream cheese if you don't go for the flavor, but you
  then need to add 1/4 tsp of salt (the cream cheese is usually pretty salty.ÿ
