       Title: French Silk Frosting

       Yield: 1 servings
  
   2 2/3 c  Powdered sugar
     1/3 c  Margarine; softened
       2 oz Melted unsweetened chocolate
            Cooled
     3/4 ts Vanilla
       2 tb Milk
  
   Beat sugar, margarine, chocolate and vanilla in small mixer
   bowl on low speed.  Add milk gradually; beat until smooth
   and fluffy.  Frosts 2 nine-inch layers or 3 eigth-inch
   layers. NOTE:  One bar (4 ounces) sweet cooking chocolate,
   melted and cooled, can be substituted for the unsweetened.
