       Title: Chocolate Mousse Icing with Amaretto

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       3 c  Whipping cream
       6 oz Chocolate chips
            Amaretto
  
   Heat cream to 180~F. Melt chips carefully in microwave
   until melted and blend into cream until no chocolate specks
   are left. Refrigerate overnight. (at least several hours)
   Cut cake into halves/thirds and sprinkle with amaretto. Ice
   with mousse frosting. Garnish with grated chocolate.
