       Title: Chocolate Sour Cream Icing

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       2 ts Instant coffee granules
     1/2 c  Sour cream
       1 lb Powdered sugar
     1/2 c  Cocoa; plus
       2 tb Cocoa
     1/4 ts Salt
       8 tb Butter
       1 ts Vanilla
  
   Stir the coffee granules into the sour cream until
   dissolved. Into the bowl of a food processor with the knive
   fitted, add al the ingredients, beginning with the powdered
   sugar and ending with the vanilla, followd by the combined
   coffee sour cream mixture. Process for 15 seconds, scrape
   the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula,
   then process again for another 15 seconds, until the
   mixture is very smooth. The icing is not ready for
   spreading.
   
   ELECTRIC MIXTURE METHOD Dissolve the coffee
   granules in the sour cream in a large bowl add the rest of
   ingredients and mix well, then add sour cream mixture, beat
   until spreading consistancy about 2 minute on low variation
   For a really good mocha sour cream icing use only 1/2 cup
   cocoa, and instead of the 2 tsp instant coffee granules use
   2 tbsp Make the recipe as above
