                       GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE FROSTING

    1       c            Evaporated milk
    1       c            Sugar
    3                    Egg yolks
      1/2   c            Butter
    1       c            Pecan pieces
    1 1/3   c            Coconut
    1       t            Vanilla
 
   Cook milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla over
   medium heat. Stir constantly until thick.  Add 1-1/3
   cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.  Beat until
   thick to put on cake.
