                           Cream Cheese Frosting

      1/2  cup           butter -- softened
    1      teaspoon      vanilla
    1      package       cream cheese (8 ounces) -- softened
    1      pound         powdered sugar
 
 Combine butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.  Cream well.  Add powdered
 sugar gradually, beating well.  If mixture is too thick to spread, add a
 small amount of evaporated milk.
