6 (1 oz) sqs. semisweet chocolate
 1/4 c. butter
 3/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
 2 T. water
 1 tsp. vanilla
 Combine chocolate & butter in top of double boiler; cook until melted.
 Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.  Stir until smooth.
 Spread over cheesecake while glaze is warm.  Yield: enough for one 9
 cheesecake.
