                                LEMON FREEZE

    2       c            Fresh lemon juice
    2       tb           Grated lemon zest
    1       c            Sugar
    2       tb           Honey
    1 1/2   c            Cold heavy cream
      1/2   c            Water
 
   Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree
   until smooth. Pour into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish
   and freeze for about 4 hours until solid.
   
   Yield: 2 servings
