    1      pint          lemon sherbet
      1/4  cup           mint jelly -- melted
 
 Place pineapple rings in small bowls. To peach with 1/2 cup sherbet and 1
 tablespoon jelly. Serve immedately. 
 Yield: 4 servings.

 of Orange Blossom Lamb, Currant Rice and Dilly Sweet Peas. She thinks this
 cool dish is a perfect ending for this meal.
