                          Frozen Chocolate Mousse2

    6      ounces        semi-sweet chocolate bits
    6                    eggs, separated
    1      cup           heavy cream
    1      tablespoon    sugar
    1      tablespoon    vanilla
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
 
 Melt chocolate in heavy pan.  Remove from heat and add egg yolks; one at a
 time, and beat.  In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.  In another
 bowl, beat cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until stiff.  Fold chocolate and
 egg whites in whipped cream.  Pour into parfait glasses and freeze.  Remove
 from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
