       Title: Maple Mousse
  Categories: Desserts
       Yield: 6 Servings
  
       2    Eggs, separated
     1/8 ts Salt
       1 c  Maple syrup
       1 c  Whipped cream
       1 ts Vanilla
  
   Beat egg yolks.  Add salt and maple syrup.  Cook in
   top of double boiler until mixture thickens.  Cool.
   Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then cream.  Add
   vanilla.  Freeze in serving dishes.  Serves 6
