                               Kahlua Mousse

    1      pound         Dark sweet chocolate
    3      ounces        Butter or margarine
      1/2  cup           Powdered sugar -- sifted
    3                    Eggs -- separated
      1/4  cup           Kahlua
    1      teaspoon      Instant coffee
    2      cups          Heavy whipping cream
 
 In top of double boiler, melt chocolate & butter over simmering water. Combine
sugar, egg yolks, Kahlua & coffee powder. Blend in chocolate mixture. Whip cream
until stiff peaks form; fold into Kahlua-chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until
soft peaks form; fold into mixture. Spoon into serving bowl or dessert glassed.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
