       Title: Fresh Peach Sorbet

       Yield: 10 servings    
 
       4 c  chopped peeled peaches; 
            -(2-1/2 pounds)
     3/4 c  sugar
     1/2 c  Sauternes or other sweet 
            -white wine
 
   Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until   
   smooth.                                                                    
                                                                              
   Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze      
   according to manufacturer’s instructions. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2
